To preserve each creation, avoid exposure to water, cosmetics, and harsh chemicals, store pieces individually in their Pen Mané pouches, and clean gently using only tepid water and a soft microfibre cloth—strictly avoiding ultrasonic cleaners. For designs featuring our signature rhodium plating over 18k white gold, the surface finish will naturally evolve and soften with time; complimentary replating services are available through our concierge depending on your geographical location.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are confirmed by email. In-stock pieces dispatch within 3–5 business days, made-to-order items take 4–6 weeks, and High Jewellery or custom creations require up to 12 weeks. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase (or within 24 hours of receiving the timeline quote for custom pieces), provided dispatch notice has not been issued. After this, all sales are final.
All orders are fully insured, shipped DDP to the destination in unbranded packaging via FedEx or DHL, and require an adult signature upon delivery.
