Refund policy

All of our jewelry pieces are made-to-order. We do not accept any returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Upon receipt of your shipment, please inspect closely each piece of jewelry and contact us at orders@penmane.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
