Atelier Dispatch & Global Fulfillment
Pen Mané creations are prepared and securely dispatched directly from our Hong Kong atelier. International orders are handled via FedEx Priority or DHL Express. High Jewellery creations and bespoke private commissions are coordinated via specialized secure transport. All shipments are fully insured in transit and strictly require an adult signature upon delivery. Orders arrive in unbranded, tamper-evident security packaging. We do not dispatch to unverified addresses, forwarding facilities, or P.O. boxes.

Incoterms & Delivery Timelines
Orders to standard international destinations are delivered on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis with all local duties and import taxes settled at checkout. For unlisted territories, direct private arrangements may be organized via our concierge.

• In-Stock Creations: Dispatched within 3 to 5 business days.
• Made-to-Order Works: Prepared within 4 to 6 weeks.
• High Jewellery & Custom Commissions: Require up to 12 weeks, confirmed by quotation.

Conditions of Sale & Cancellations 
Given the individual fabrication and bespoke finishing of each creation, all sales are final.

• Order Modifications: In-stock and made-to-order purchases may be cancelled within 24 hours prior to dispatch notification. Custom commissions may be cancelled strictly within 24 hours of timeline quotation.
• Craftsmanship Verification: In the event of an evident manufacturing defect upon receipt, our atelier must be notified within 48 hours of confirmed delivery at concierge@penmane.com with photographic documentation for formal intake.

Material Integrity & Maintenance 
Fine metals, tailored surface textures, and artisanal platings naturally evolve over time. This organic patina reflects the personal history and daily wear of its owner.

• Preservation: Remove creations before bathing, swimming, or encountering chlorinated/saline environments. Shield pieces from cosmetics, fragrances, and abrasive chemicals.
• Care & Cleansing: Clean exclusively with tepid water and a soft microfibre cloth. Ultrasonic cleaning is strictly advised against to preserve intricate settings and surface finishes. Store each creation individually in its original Pen Mané case.

Atelier Warranty & Interventions Pen Mané provides a one-year warranty covering structural craftsmanship defects from the date of delivery.

• Rhodium Plating: Rhodium application over 18k white gold is a deliberate aesthetic signature of the Maison. Natural surface wear occurs with daily use. Complimentary replating is provided based on client geography.
  
• Sizing & Alterations: Ring sizing and structural adjustments are assessed individually according to piece architecture and client location. All sizing interventions incur an atelier fee.
